Lily: Got in her all time best health and just won 3 divisions in her 1st bikini competition.  She follows a structured nutrition lifestyle and trains 5x per week. 

Mike Davis: This man follows the program the way it's laid out.  He follows a custom meal plan while training consistently.  Mike trains 2x per week. 

Stacey Pacheco: Our first athlete to hit 40 pounds off. Stacey's fierce nature and relentless spirit has set a bar at FRST that so many young athletes have emulated.  FRST STRENGTHS 1st transformation story. She shows up to show out 3x per week. 

Kristin Wailgum:  She looks like she's not enjoying herself as much as she is in her pic on the right.  Kristin brings light, love motivation and consistency that have other athletes telling us "I want to be like Kristin 1 day" Kristin fills the strength room with spirit 4x per week.
